Absolutely amazing service and I loved my nails!!! I asked for a rather hard design and the lady doing my nails did absolutely incredible!! She was also very kind and patient, willing to fix and adjust anything I wanted on a whim whether it was adjusting a shade of pink or taking extra care to make sure the dots on my nails looked identical on both sets of acrylics.
I understand there may be a language barrier but when you ask for a service you expect after they repeat back that it was heard and understood,so that being said a Mani/Pedi turned into just a pedicure which was done well but again they missed doing color on one of the two after being told,then to finalize the experience charged the same for both despite no color for one,overall the place is very nice but service and attention to detail are lacking
Fantastic service and one of the best pedicures I have ever had. They also did really well with my 5 year old daughter! Great experience!
We walked in on Saturday before Mother's Day. They did a wonderful job. I did have to ask the technician not to massage quiet ao vigorously as I have Fibromyalgia, and my shins are full of trigger points. They even did my 6yr olds fingers. It was her first experience and she was very happy about it!
I recently had a pedicure and manicure (acrylics) at Le’s. The reviews were positive and it was on my way. It is true that the salon is pristine. There was a bit of clutter at the front desk, but no dirt and a visible sanitize area. I asked about methods of payment and was told that all were taken. I asked for a regular pedicure and said no to shellac, but still received the service—I accepted it as my toes were already painted and I did not realize the difference until the lamp was brought out. Then I had the manicure. Of the 2.5+ hours I spent there, only a handful of words were spoken to me. The technician did not look up and muttered about washing my hands after the manicure and then walked off. Generally I assume even being asked if I want lotion or at the very least an all done, but there was none. I was told to send an e-transfer when I took out my debit card. It did not appear that any other methods were available. Now I will say that both the manicure and pedicure were completed with significant attention to detail and my feet in particular came out in much better condition than before. The tech was very proficient, however, the experience as a whole was one of the most uncomfortable I’ve had at a nail salon. Communication or even louder media (I watched the Great British Family Cook off) like tv or music who have made the mood feel less off-putting. I would recommend Le’s for quality work and cleanliness, and also a more quiet experience.
